SOCO completed my roof in May 2024 after dealing with my insurance company for 10 months. They are the absolute best! Excellent customer service and workmanship. I filed a homeowners claim with State Farm for hail damage in early August of 2023 after Logan Decker from SOCO (Southern Roofing Company) did an inspection. He provided pictures and videos to the company. We were denied hail damage and were told 3 shingles showed evidence of wind damage. Logan kept on going, gathering more and more evidence, jumping through more hoops, doing more "lab" testing (our roof was old, so the shingles made today could not be cut to fit, etc). Allstate gave me 4 different desk adjusters and 1 desk adjuster. The adjustors wouldn't share the information when they changed so we would have to start all over again. The final adjuster made the initial call and then ignored all call backs, voicemails, etc. I gave up. Logan did not. For every 10 calls I made, Logan made 20. Besides being a roofing contractor, Logan has a background in - wait for it - insurance (as an adjustor). We have a new roof. Insurance paid for it. We did pay for the upgrade so that we could get the depreciation fee back. It's a beautiful roof that survived an F-1 tornado in our neighborhood 2 days after its completion. I am confident there is other roofing company better than SOCO. They are the best. They work for their customers. They treat their customers as people, not as numbers. Don't go with a larger company with the flashy brochure, go with SOCO. You won't be disappointed.
